All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator in India. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment card information.

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

1. An immediate payment confirmation from Razorpay
2. An order confirmation email from Jyotish Research
3. Your personalized numerology report within 24 hours of payment

4.1 Delivery Timeline

Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of successful payment to the email address provided during checkout. During high-demand periods, delivery may take up to 48 hours.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information. The quality and accuracy of your numerology report depend entirely on the birth data you provide:

• Correct date of birth
• Accurate time of birth (or approximate if unknown)
